What are the differences between the 3 frame choices?
Our SCOUT Desk features a sleek and sturdy black metal A-Frame.
The STOIC Desk has a high quality steel I-Frame, with cable management inside the legs. The STOIC also has the option to include custom RGB LED Leg Plates.
The STANCE Desk has a robust height-adjustable frame, adjusting from 71cm to 126.5cm with the push of a button.
All 3 frames are compatible with both the D-series desktop and FLANK desktop and have cable management opportunities within the main crossbeam.
What are the desktop dimensions?
Our CHIMERA desktops come in 4 different widths. The 116cm, 150cm, 180cm and 210cm wide desktops have a depth of 75cm and are 2.5cm thick.
The SCOUT is our compact one piece desktop. It is 114cm wide, 75cm deep and 2.5cm thick.
Our L-Shaped FLANK desktops are 180cm wide, 2.5cm thick and have a depth of 130cm on the large side, and 80cm on the small side.
Our C-Shaped VALOUR desktops are 180cm wide, 2.5cm thick and have a depth of 180cm.
Can I upgrade from a 2-Leg Desk to a 3-Leg Desk?
A 2-legged STANCE can not be upgraded to a 3-leg STANCE after receiving the item. This is because the 3-leg STANCE requires a different control module, and cannot be bought separately. Please look at the STANCEplus if you are interested in a 3 legged version.
If you already own a 2-Leg STOIC Desk you can order the third leg separately as there’s no extra components required. You can find the STOIC Third Leg in the Accessories section of our shop. If you also need a third RGB LED legplate, please email us at [email protected]
How can I pay for my Halberd Desk?
Our payment portal is provided by Payzone which accepts most debit and credit cards.
Can I change my order customisation options after payment?
We can potentially change desktop and frame colours after your order has been placed. If you drop us an email over to [email protected] and include your order number we shall we attempt to change it over. However this is subject to limitations.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately once your order has left the warehouse we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
How do I check my order status?
We don’t currently have the ability to show your order status, though you will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you do require an update at any time, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email at [email protected]

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight at the checkout.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We currently have delivery options to the UK and Europe. However if you live outside of these regions please drop us an email over at [email protected] and we’ll try to calculate you a delivery cost.
When will I receive my order?
We try to have your items shipped within 2 weeks. However it can sometimes take upwards of 4 weeks for all the pieces required for your desk to be manufactured.
If there is a delay regarding your order, we will email you as soon as we know and shall keep you updated throughout the order process.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has left the warehouse, you should receive an email with tracking information. If there are any problems with the tracking please contact us on [email protected]
Why does my order require a signature upon delivery?
Halberd Desks are a high value item, therefore a signature will be required in order for the desk to be delivered. This helps protect both yourself, and Halberd Desks.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes or pick-up shops?
Unfortunately due to the size of our Halberd Desks, they are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes or pick-up shops. They must be delivered to your home or office space.
Desk accessories and merchandise may be able to be delivered to a PO Box or Pick-Up shop. Please email us first to ensure that this can be done before placing your order.
Do Halberd Desks come with a warranty?
Halberd Desks come with a 12 Month Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Halberd Desks, will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This limited warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
I have received my Halberd Desk, can I exchange it for a different desk/model?
Once you have received your desk the option to exchange your desk is under the discretion of Halberd Desks. The desk must be in resellable condition, any addition in cost must be paid upfront by the customer. The customer must also pay for the return delivery of the existing product and the delivery of the replacement.
